Refund policy
When you get your money back, and how.
Last updated 9 October 2026
1. The organizer’s rule
Each organizer sets the refund rule for their event, and the event page shows it before you pay, for example “Refunds up to 7 days before the event”. That rule applies to your order.
Organizers receive ticket money directly, so refunds are theirs to give. AcePass passes on your request and keeps the record.
2. Cancelled events
If an event is cancelled, the organizer must refund the ticket price in full to the card or account you paid from, whatever their usual rule says. Our organizer terms require it.
We email every buyer when an event is cancelled, saying how and when the refund comes. If it does not arrive, email tickets@aceengines.net with your order number and we will chase it with you.
3. Moved events
If the date or venue changes, your ticket stays valid. If you cannot attend the new date, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of the change being announced.
4. How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or account you paid from. Once a refund is approved, it is sent within 2 working days; banks usually take 5 to 10 working days to show it.
Once a ticket is refunded, its QR code stops working at the gate.
5. Something went wrong?
Email tickets@aceengines.net with your order number. If you were charged but have no ticket, we will fix it or refund you in full.
