Terms of use
The rules for buying tickets and using AcePass.
Last updated 9 October 2026
1. Who we are
AcePass is a ticketing service run by Ace Engines Technologies ("we", "us"). Contact: tickets@aceengines.net.
By buying a ticket or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AcePass.
2. What we do
Organizers list events and sell tickets on AcePass. The organizer runs the event and is responsible for it: the line-up, the venue, safety, and anything promised on the event page.
We run the ticketing: the event page, checkout, your tickets, and the door scanner.
3. Buying tickets
Prices shown on event pages include every fee. The total on the checkout page is the total you pay.
While you pay, we hold your tickets for a limited time shown on screen. If it runs out, the tickets are released and you can start again.
A ticket is confirmed only when payment is confirmed. You will see a confirmation page and receive an email.
Payments are processed by Paystack. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Your ticket
Each ticket has a unique QR code. The first scan at the gate admits; the same code will not admit twice. Keep your ticket private until you use it.
You may give a ticket to someone else by sending them its link. Reselling tickets above face value may be refused by the organizer.
The organizer may refuse entry for reasons stated on the event page (for example age limits) or for safety.
5. Refunds
Refunds follow the organizer’s rule shown on each event page, and our refund policy. If an event is cancelled, the organizer must refund the ticket price in full.
6. Using the site fairly
Do not use bots or scripts to buy tickets, do not try to get around purchase limits, and do not interfere with the site or other people’s accounts.
We may cancel orders that break these rules, with a refund of what you paid.
7. Our responsibility
We work hard to keep AcePass available and correct, but we cannot promise it will always be free of interruptions.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018 or any other law that protects consumers.
8. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
